1 out of 5 starsExtremely disappointing experience. The seller repeatedly assured me the rug would arrive by the date I needed, even after I expressed concerns, but it arrived late. The rug was also dirty and discolored—the white areas looked brownish instead of clean and new. The seller then promised a refund but continued delaying and avoiding a resolution. Poor product condition, misleading communication, and terrible customer service. I would not purchase from this shop again. And don’t buy from here if you don’t want to experience this.
