- To improve our shop and services (e.g., feedback, quality control).

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because this is a digital file, I do not offer returns, exchanges.
Refunds for digital items are only allowed in exceptional cases (defects, wrong file sent).

Cancellations: not accepted


7. Custom Orders & Personalised Items
Custom / personalised orders require confirmation of design/specs before work begins.
Changes after production has started may incur additional fees or may not be possible.
Lead time may be longer for custom orders — I’ll provide an estimate at time of order.

8. Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered via email or Etsy purchases https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases.
No physical item will be shipped.
You may not resell or distribute digital files without permission.

9. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, wording, and digital content remain the property of Slate & Script Studio unless otherwise agreed.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs commercially without written permission.

10. Liability
While we aim for perfection, Slate & Script Studio is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or local postal services beyond our control.
We do our best to describe colors, materials, and dimensions accurately. But actual product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, etc.

11. Changes to Policies
Slate & Script Studio may update these policies from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
Continued use of the shop after changes constitutes acceptance of new policies.
