➤ WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
PHYSICAL ITEMS POLICY:
Most of our items are personalized and made to order, so returns are not accepted on custom pieces.
However, Bunny Party Favors and Bunny Pocket Hugs may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out — your happiness truly matters to us and we’ll work to make it right. ♡

➤ DO THE ORNAMENTS COME GIFT-READY?
Yes! All ornaments include complimentary gift packaging — a linen-textured gift box, striped grosgrain ribbon, and soft white tissue. It’s ready to gift right out of the box.
Want to include a personal note? You can upgrade for $2 to add a mini message card that's tucked inside a gift-card-sized envelope.
➤ IF I BUY A PRINTABLE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD THAT IS EDITABLE, WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PURCHASE?
Your download will include a PDF letter with a link that will take you to your design, which is already set up as a template, ready for you to personalize and edit using Canva.
You will also have step-by-step instructions and helpful tips in this PDF that will guide you through how to edit and customize your template.
➤ CAN I SEND THIS DIRECTLY AS A GIFT?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. You can also add a custom message (and upgrade to gift packaging) to make it extra special.
➤ DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS?
We’re happy to work with larger orders for events, parties, or group gifts. If you’re planning a bigger purchase, feel free to message us for availability and details.
We occasionally run shop-wide sales, and Etsy will automatically apply any active promotion at checkout. Discounts do not combine.
➤ WHERE SHOULD I GO TO WRITE A REVIEW?
To leave a review, you need to have an Etsy account and, if applicable, any digital download files must have been downloaded.

✧ Alternatively, click on 'Review Your Purchases' in the middle of the dropdown menu under 'Your Profile.'
✧ Guest orders must be added to an Etsy account to leave a review. Please note that the order must be within a 100-day review window.
➤ WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR DELAYED IN SHIPPING?
You're covered. All orders ship with tracking, and if something arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program can step in to help — and so can we. If there's an issue, simply message us within 48 hours of delivery (or the estimated delivery date), and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
During the holiday season, postal carriers often experience delays. Even with on-time shipping and tracking, occasional slowdowns are normal — especially in November and December. We strongly encourage ordering early whenever possible to avoid seasonal delays and ensure your gift arrives when you need it.

What’s the best way to smooth out the ribbon if it gets creased or wrinkled?
This is an easy fix with a regular household iron:
› Set your iron to the lowest heat setting (often labeled “synthetics”).
› Turn off the steam.
› Gently press the ribbon on both sides, moving the iron back and forth.
This will smooth away wrinkles while keeping the satin’s pretty shine. ✨
