The item was supposed to be one-sided and it came two-sided so it looked weird with the same thing on both sides. Shipping was delayed five days post the latest date they had said that it would make it when I asked about it. There was an excuse that their manufacturer was delayed. They offered an item for compensation, however when I have messaged them several times asking about that and asking them why the order was not exactly what I had ordered. They are not responding. I was very excited about this card for my husband for our anniversary. But I don’t think I would recommend the seller.
