What type of paper do you print on?
The better quality paper you use the better quality print you will get. We use high quality, thick paper with a beautiful gloss finish for our Bathroom, Office, Kitchen & Laundry prints. We use high quality matte paper for our Nursery prints.
Wholesale Information?
Spa Wars art prints are for personal use only. If you are interested in wholesaling or commercial use please send us an email at spawarsart@gmail.com with your details and what you have in mind.
What happens if there is shipping damage to my order?
If you order experiences shipping damage or if your order contains a defect, please contact me as soon as possible. I will send you a replacement order as quickly as I can. Please keep all damaged prints and packaging for submitting a damaged package claim with USPS. We will need all damaged goods as proof to receive free replacement prints.
What happens if my package is lost in the mail?
Please contact us through Etsy messaging if you have not received your order and/or there have not been any updates on the tracking. We want to help you find your package and will submit a "Lost Package" request with USPS. SPAWARS is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Help! I entered the wrong shipping address!
If you enter an incorrect shipping address, message us through Etsy messaging right away. Please include your order number along with the correct shipping address you would like to use. SPAWARS is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer.
If it is too late to change an address, you can intercept your package through USPS directly. You will be able to do this once your tracking shows that the package is in transit.
