Yes, I do accept custom orders! If you would like a custom sticker or vinyl decals, please send me a message for a quote. Custom orders start at $3 for vinyl or $5 for stickers.

If you are looking for scrunchies in a custom fabric or color, I will do my best to hunt down whatever you are looking for! Please keep in mind that any fabrics that need to be special ordered will result in an extended processing time.

Depending on item and quantity, wholesale/bulk discounts may be available. Orders will have a minimum turnaround time of 1-2 weeks to source materials, produce items, and quality check each unit.

Gift wrap may be available upon request. Gift wrap availability is dependent on several factors, so please contact me if you are interested!

An additional fee will be required starting at $8, and will vary based on size and number of items. This is to cover additional packaging materials, gift wrap, and additional shipping costs if necessary. Gift wrap is only available on items purchased from this Etsy shop. I am not able to wrap items purchased elsewhere.

You MUST contact me via Etsy messages no later than one hour after your order is placed.

Please allow up to 14 days past the estimated delivery date before you consider a package lost. Replacements/refunds may be given at the discretion of the shop owner, or alternate solutions may be made (discount, shop credit, etc.)

In the event a package is marked "Delivered" but has not arrived, please check with your neighbors or in hidden areas - such as behind bushes - to see if it was dropped elsewhere. If it can't be located, allow two additional business days for the package to show up. If a package still does not arrive, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local post office and file a police report if necessary.

All products from the shop should be spot cleaned only with cool water and gentle soap or detergent, then laid flat to dry. Do not put any of our products in the washing machine or dryer, as it may compromise the quality of the product and cause unwanted shrinkage or color loss.
