I recently purchased this mug to replace a mug with the same inscription that had become chipped in the dishwasher. Love this phrase and I love the new mug!

Excellent customer service due to receiving the wrong item. Response from David: Margaret, Again, I'm so sorry for this mix-up. My distributor clearly sent the wrong cup. They're still looking into it, but I can't wait for them, so here's what I've done: Fully refunded your purchase. Put in a new, replacement order for the Keep Calm mug. I'm very much hoping the error was a fluke, and you get the correct mug this time, and I hope you know a dog mom to give the erroneous mug. So, basically both mugs are on us, with no cost to you.
