I purchased several sweat shirts but needed shipping to be delayed so my packages wouldn’t just sit at my front door while I was out of town. The seller was very understanding and helped set up a delivery schedule that worked for me. The sweat shirts are super soft on the inside and true to size.

❓ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or sizing issues.
We only accept replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or with manufacturing defects. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please double-check the size chart before ordering — since all apparel is printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

All products are printed on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus standard shipping time depending on your location.
Shipping estimates are provided on each product listing Please allow a few days extra for any personalised items for example engraving, embroidery.
