Custom and personalized orders
Please allow enough time for us to process your custom orders as we process our orders in sequence. Our processing time for our custom products will take 3-5 business days.

Domestic (within aus): 3-5 business days for economy, 1-3 business days for express
International (overseas): 14 (or more) business days (economy w/ no tracking)

Sizing details
Our topper/banner products are of standard sizes. There are two sizes for cake toppers 6" and 7" depending on the size of your cake.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Our product comes in a standard large letter with a cardboard backing to prevent product from damaging. We will be switching to super flat mailing box which will ensure more security and protection.
