1 de 5 estrellasTuve varios problemas con el proceso de envío e incluso después de comunicarme con el vendedor en repetidas ocasiones, nunca recibí el artículo ni el reembolso. El vendedor dijo que lo supervisaría y lo solucionaría, pero no volví a saber nada a pesar de mis múltiples mensajes.

1 de 5 estrellasThis review is less about the overall experience and communication surrounding it. I ordered this item for a family trip because the delivery dates worked for me and I believed I was ordering from a US-based seller. Unfortunately, the package never arrived and Etsy eventually had to refunded the order. After delays and unusual tracking through PYK Global, I asked directly if the item was coming from overseas and was reassured it was shipping from within the US. Later, I was informed it was actually being produced in Vietnam due to supply issues with their US factory. I completely understand delays happen, especially with custom products. I just think customers deserve accurate information upfront regarding shipping origin & realistic delivery expectations. If timing or domestic shipping matters to you, take note.
