1 out of 5 starsItem says "fill in and print." I cannot figure out how you are supposed to fill anything in. I contacted the seller hoping to get help, but there is still no reply after several days. Basically this is just a colored pdf file that can't be personalized. Very disappointed. Wasted money.

1 out of 5 starsThe download was instant but this item can't be edited, even to the point of changing the layout to print in lanscape to make bigger. This Is a COMPLETE waste of money-don't purchase, could easily download for image from google over this!!!!
