I do not except returns or exchanges, due to the nature of what I am selling. So be sure to read descriptions carefully and see all photos before purchasing. Please message me with any questions you may have before purchasing. If some reason I have greatly misrepresented my items and you are unsatisfied please message me right after you have received your purchase and I will try to accommodate your concerns. If however we have a agreed upon return, buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses and the return is shipped out within 5 days time and received in the same condition that the item was mailed out in. There will be no partial refunds.

Please know that I take great pride in carefully packing my orders but should something arrive damaged, the customer must provide evidence of any problem with clear photos before I can make things right. Please KEEP ALL PACKAGING if this is the case and contact me right away with photos of damage. Also you must be willing to help with needed information for filling out a insurance claim should the need arise.

I ship packages with USPS and ship out between 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday is considered a business days). Please be sure to ask before purchasing if you're on a deadline for your purchase to arrive in time for your special need. I ship in both new and clean used packaging.

***PLEASE know that it is the customers responsibility to make sure their address is correct before purchasing and that there is a safe place for the postal carrier to leave the package at the designation. This includes safety from weather elements and from theft. Unfortunately porch theft is real so please take precautions because porch theft is not my responsibility. A police report would need to be made if theft is a issue.
