Do you offer custom label help or template assistance?
Yes. We’re always happy to help with basic assistance after purchase whenever possible. 😊
This includes simple help such as:
• minor text edits
• resizing guidance
• printing/export assistance
• small adjustments that do not require extensive revisions
However, requests involving:
• major layout redesigns
• multiple back-and-forth revisions
• advanced customizations
• recreating or heavily modifying existing templates
It will require a separate custom service fee depending on the scope of work involved.

Do you provide physical products, printed labels, or shipping?
No. Our shop currently offers digital products only.
All listings are editable digital label templates designed in Canva. No physical products, printed labels, vials, bottles, or stickers are included or shipped.
After purchase, buyers will receive digital access to customize, download, and print the templates on their own using their preferred printing method or supplier.

What printer and paper do you recommend for the best print quality of peptide label templates?
Printing results can vary depending on the specific label design, size, printer model, print settings, and label material being used. ☺️
Since most listings contain more detailed multicolor and gradient-based elements than others, printer recommendations may also vary per template.
Feel free to send me a message first before purchasing or printing so I can recommend the most suitable printer setup, paper type, and printing approach based on the specific design you’re planning to use. 🤍
Are your peptide templates compatible with thermal printers such as Niimbot, Phomemo, Munbyn, etc.?
Most templates can still be resized and used with thermal printers depending on the design, printer limitations, label size, and print settings being used. 😊
However, please note that many of our listings contain:
• gradients
• detailed typography
• multicolor branding elements
• luxury clinical aesthetics
Thermal printers typically print in monochrome only and may not reproduce gradients, colors, shadows, or smaller details exactly as shown in the mockup previews.
For best results on detailed designs, we commonly recommend:
• high-resolution inkjet or laser printers
• glossy or waterproof sticker paper
• proper export settings and test prints
