Do you send a proof before production?
Yes. For personalized orders, a digital proof will be sent through Etsy Messages after purchase. Production begins after the proof is approved.
Can I change my personalization after ordering?
Changes can be requested before the proof is approved. Once the proof is approved and production begins, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Can this doormat be used outdoors?
Yes, but it is best for indoor or covered outdoor use. To help preserve the print quality, keep the mat in a dry, sheltered area and avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain or direct moisture.
How do I clean my doormat?
Shake, sweep, or vacuum gently to clean. Do not machine wash, soak, or use harsh cleaning products.
Is the buffalo check rug included?
No. The buffalo check rug and other decorative items shown in photos are for styling purposes only. This listing includes one coir doormat.
What if my order arrives damaged or has a printing issue?
