Terms & License Conditions – WorldView Frame Art

General Information

All products in this shop are digital files created by me (Ute, WorldView Frame Art). No physical item will be shipped. With your purchase, you acquire a license to use the file under the conditions listed below.

Digital Delivery
After your payment is completed, Etsy provides the files for instant download. You can access them anytime under “Purchases & Reviews” in your Etsy account. Files are not sent via email.

License & Usage Rights

Permitted:
Use for personal projects
Use for commercial physical products you create or have produced (such as T-shirts, posters, cards, physical merchandise)

Not permitted:
Sharing the digital file
Selling the digital file
Uploading the file to other platforms
Editing, altering, or modifying the file for the purpose of reselling it as a digital item
Using the file in digital products you sell
Any distribution or resale of the digital file in original or modified form
Commercial use applies only to physical end products, not to digital ones. All copyrights remain with WorldView Frame Art.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. The sale is considered final once Etsy provides access to the download. If something does not work, feel free to contact me – I am happy to help.
