4 out of 5 starsI ordered gave measurements, pants and vest too small plus a button broke went trying to unbutton. Contacted customer service very prompt and offered to remake the vest and pants. Pants are still a little snug but will make it work. This company tried to make it right so 4 star. I can't answer how well made until i know it last as long as some of my other suits, it seems well made. Make sure to give all measurements don't count on SMLXL sizes (these are not US).

4 out of 5 starsIt's made of quality materials, but my reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the fur mantle didn't come as described even after paying extra for it to be real fur. The picture showed it would have the natural details attached like the paws and limbs, face, ears, etc. and I was even told it would have those, but they weren't there once I got it. The seller did refund the extra cost for it to be real fur luckily.

Thank you for your honest feedback and for appreciating the quality of our work. We sincerely apologize that the fur mantle did not arrive exactly as expected. We did try to make it with the paws, limbs, face, and other natural details, but during production the natural skin proved to be very delicate, so it was unfortunately not possible to complete it that way while maintaining durability. We’re glad we could refund the additional real fur cost and truly appreciate your understanding and support!
