ZENIO was born in Florence from the experience of the restaurant and
Asian food truck Firenzen, winner of the 2022 Gambero Rosso StreetFood Regional Champion Award.
After putting our restaurant on wheels to bring authentic Asian cuisine to events and festivals, we decided to share the “secrets” of our chefs with those who, like you, want to be the protagonist of culinary journeys that involve all the senses.
Behind this digital shop dedicated to the traditional cuisine of China, Thailand, Korea and Japan is the work of a team that
really knows the gastronomic culture of these countries and wants you to experience the thrill of preparing and tasting real Asian dishes with friends or relatives.

Dopo aver messo su ruote il nostro ristorante per portare l’autentica cucina asiatica a eventi e festival, abbiamo deciso di condividere i “segreti” dei nostri chef con chi, come te, desidera essere protagonista di viaggi culinari che coinvolgono tutti i sensi.
Dietro a questo shop digitale dedicato alla cucina tradizionale di Cina, Thailandia, Corea, Giappone c’è il lavoro di un team che
conosce realmente la cultura gastronomica di questi Paesi e che vuole farti provare l’emozione di preparare e gustare insieme ad amici o parenti veri piatti asiatici.
