Pattern was a little hard to understand

Like other reviewers, I did find the instructions to be missing some vital parts. I feel like with just a few alterations and inclusions in the instructions I would have saved quite a bit of time. In the end, I have two arms that are good enough for my purpose, but I think I ended up with a few mistakes due to confusion. I would still recommend these, but consider making a test pair first.

As others have stated, the directions were a bit confusing. I did reach out to the seller and received wonderful customer service. She replied promptly and was very patient with me. Customer service didn't end with the purchase, it began. If I could give this seller 10 stars for that wonderful customer service, I would.
