Estoy casada con mi mayor fan, mi novia de la universidad.
Nos conocimos en 1976 mientras asistíamos a la Universidad Bautista Wayland, Plainview, Texas.
Hemos sido bendecidos con cuatro niños hermosos y dotados con nombres que comienzan con "CH". Así: "fourch".

He enseñado en la escuela durante varios años.
Actualmente enseño tercer grado.
Uno de mis mayores honores mientras enseñaba fue ser nombrado "Maestro del Año".
Nací en Carolina del Norte, pero fui adoptado a la edad de 3 años y crecí en el gran estado de TeXaS.
Mi esposo y yo somos dueños de una casa en la Ruta 66 en OKLAhoma, Estados Unidos.
Un querido amigo de nuestra familia (un artista también) le dio a mi hijo una hermosa y creativa pintura de acuarela de su nombre "Chance" como regalo cuando nació.
Me inspiré para probar esto yo mismo.
Descubrí que las acuarelas eran fáciles de sacar y guardar.
Cuando nuestro hijo era un niño pequeño y yo era una madre que se quedaba en casa con dificultades, extendía grandes rollos de papel de periódico en una mesa de vidrio y le entregaba un pincel mientras pintaba en mi escritorio. Procedí a desarrollar mis propias ideas creativas y lancé la pequeña empresa que ahora ves en Etsy.com.

¡El mismo hijo que pintó a mi lado cuando era un niño pequeño, ahora también es un artista profesional!

I am married to my biggest fan, my college sweetheart.
We met in 1976 while attending Wayland Baptist Univeristy, Plainview, Texas.
We have been blessed with four beautiful and gifted children with names beginning with "CH". Thus: "fourch".
Chance,
Charity,
Cherish and
Choyce.
I have taught school for several years.
I currently teach third grade.
One of my greatest honors while teaching was to be named "Teacher of the Year".
I was born in North Carolina yet adopted at the age of 3 and raised in the great state of TeXaS.
My husband and I own a home on Route 66 in OKLAhoma, USA.
A dear friend of our family (an artist as well) gave my son a beautiful and creative watercolor painting of his name "Chance" as a gift when he was born.
I was inspired to try this myself.
I found watercolors were easy to get out and put away.
When our son was a toddler and I was a struggling stay at home mom, I would spread large rolls of newsprint on a glass top table and hand him a paint brush while I painted at my desk. I proceeded to develop my own creative ideas and launched the small business you now see on Etsy.com.
You can see many of the works I have shared with others in this shop over the years.
The same son who painted beside me as a toddler, is now a professional artist as well!
He graduated with his Masters in Fine Art from WTAMU in May 2011.
