Gift wrapping and packaging
I always send your order packed with a lot of love. Therefore, it would also be directly suitable as gift packaging. If you would like to have it specially packed, you are welcome to ask me if this would be feasible!
Care instructions
1. washable at 30 degrees & preferably choose a gentle wash cycle2. never put in the dryer (some parts can run in very quickly if this is not taken into account)3. For light with dark colors, on a garment, it is best to put a paint collecting cloth in the machine4. for some parts it is also helpful to turn it to the other side
Custom-made products and personalized orders
As a rule, I only offer instant purchases, you have a special request and I still have the fabric available - there may be exceptions, the processing time is about 3-4 weeks.
Returns/Exchanges
My items are excluded from exchange, so there is no right of return with me. Should an item arrive defective, please contact me and you will certainly find a solution together.
