The Details:
-Mini rainbow glitter hat (looks just like sprinkles!) with mint ribbon trim and a white felt ball at the top!
-Attached with dark pink 1/8 in skinny elastic to be worn behind the ears (not under the chin!)
-Perfect for cake smashes and birthdays!

Party hat measures 4.25"h x 2.75"w

All items are cut and assembled by me in my studio, so please keep in mind that because they are handmade, every hat will not be the same.
