Do you give refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital listings and the ability to instantly download files after purchase, refunds will not be available. If you have any issues with your files, or have any questions, (please do so before you purchase) please don’t hesitate to contact me, your satisfaction is important to me!

Can I use these graphics for my business?

Yes, you may use them for your business, but you may not: redistribute, repackage, sub-license, share or supply source files to a third party, in any shape or form. To print the clip-art designs commercially you'll need to add our commercial license along with your purchase. Our premade logos only come with the files shown. They are a good resolution for most small business needs, however, if you plan on creating large banners/signs or doing professional printing you will most likely need higher resolution files.

By purchasing, do I own the copyright or trademark to these images or files?

Logos: No. You cannot redistribute the logo images as clip art or claim any of them as your own for resale or licensing in any shape or form. Clip-Art Graphics and Blank Templates: these need to have other elements added, such as text and graphics, to create your own wider designs to sell Printable/Sublimation Designs: you must purchase a license to print any of the sublimation/Transfer Designs to use commercially. We understand that sometimes things come up and you may get busy, or have other life circumstances happen, so please be sure to communicate with us if you anticipate delays in contacting us about your order. Orders that have gone 30 days with no communication will be emailed to the address on file with Etsy and marked as shipped/complete, and will require an additional fee to reopen and to have your files resent.

Are Custom Designs Exclusive?

Yes! If we agreed to create a custom, one of a kind logo or design for you it is exclusive and an exact copy will not be resold or added to our shop. That said, we reserve the right to resell or list in our shop(s) any designs that are rejected for whatever reason. If you have a custom design in mind feel free to reach out and we can explore if it's a good fit. We look forward to hearing from you!
