WHAT AFTER DOWNLOADING & PRINTING CONSIDERATIONS

Once files are downloaded choose your printing method: - Print it instantly at home with your printer. - Take the file to your local printer or photo printing shop - Upload the file to an online printing service. Final quality print depends on the printing device, paper and ink you use. For best results we recommend using matte paper and at least 150g thick.

WHAT IS AN ASPECT RATIO?

An aspect ratio is the proportional relationship between the width and height of a rectangle. When possible, we offer our Prints in different aspect ratios. That means you need to choose the one that best fits the frame you want to use. The most common aspect ratios for frames are 5:4, 4:3, 3:2, 1:1 and International Paper Size (A4, A3, A2, A1).

NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OF ANY PRINT?

Add a note to seller in your purchase or contact us and will see if it can be done. There will be no additional cost. Please note that any enlargement over the specified sizes will usually cause a loss in the image quality resolution .

WHAT IS A ZIP FILE & HOW DO I OPEN IT?

A ZIP file is a set of files compressed into a single file. We use this kind of files when the original file format is not supported by Etsy upload browser or when there are too many files available for download (Etsy just allows to upload five files for each listing). To open ZIP files and have access to your files, just double-click on it and let your computer show the files contained inside.
