RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. I willingly accept items for exchange or refund, if they are in standard size and in their initial condition. Please send it back within 14 days from the delivery date. I ordered this dress expecting a long arrival time given the circumstances in Ukraine but was pleasantly shocked when it arrived within 2.5 weeks - faster than other orders from locations that aren’t under siege. Not only was the customer service of outstanding quality, so was the dress. The custom measurements were spot on, the linen is beautiful (will need a slip-it is linen after all) and the entire experience will bring me back to this shop. This dress is absolutely gorgeous. I ordered it in dark olive and it looks really elegant. I love wearing it for casual occasions and to work. The quality of the linen is superb. I have other linen pieces, but this is by far the softest, and it doesn't seem to wrinkle as much. The only issue was the shipment to the EU. The IOSS-number wasn't added electronically (new VAT rules in EU). As a result, I had to pay VAT twice + extra charges. Etsy offered me a gift card for the value of the VAT, but I couldn't recover the extra charges. But, as I said, the dress is first-rate. So I'll order more from this shop in the future, but maybe when the "IOSS-dust" has settled down.
