DETAILS ON CUSTOM PHOTO COVERS:
• Choose a picture for the cover of your book.
• As each photo is unique, we will place the wording '[insert pet's name]'s Memory Book' in the best possible location for the photo provided.
• Photos are best in portrait orientation.
• The cover font will be black, unless the picture is very dark in which case the font will be printed in white.
• Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to process and ship your customized book.

CHOOSING YOUR PHOTO:
• The better quality the photo, the better the results will be on the cover.
• Your photo will work best if it is portrait rather than landscape orientation. A landscape orientation will require extensive cropping.
• A high resolution photo of at least 1 MB, taken in good lighting will give you the best possible print results.
• Dark, blurry, grainy or low-resolution photos will not turn out well.
• To double-check the quality of your photo, we recommend printing your original photo from your home printer at the full page size to get an idea of how the colors (these may vary slightly) and quality will look on the cover.
•We cannot issue refunds for products if you are dissatisfied with the image quality that you provided. Please be sure you have sent us a good quality, high resolution (minimum of 1 MB) image.

Feel free to purchase a similar listing and submit the digital print to us once you receive it. The second cover was with a customer's own photo and is similar to what you will receive if submitting your own unaltered image.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

1. Purchase the Custom Book. In the 'Personalization' section, please include the pet's name as you would like it printed on the cover. The name will also be printed on dedication page of the book, along with the accent image if selected. Please ensure that the spelling is correct, as there are no refunds or returns on custom books.

2. Send us a high resolution digital photo through:
(a) Etsy messages and attaching the photo(s) to the message -or-
(b) Emailing the photo as an attachment to thejoyfullifeco [!at] gmail.com
