All Items on Jobeco Collections are Custom or Personalized

The items on this site are made to order. While we show quantity levels they often reference volumes of raw materials to make items. This along with the fact that the purchaser may be able to select the primary color / secondary color / state / initial / icon / monogram / or other personalization or customization of the item makes it "a made to order custom piece". Therefore, these items are not returnable or refundable. However, customer satisfaction and fairness is both our desire and goal. We will work with any customer to resolve an issues to the best of our ability.

What If Shipping Damage Occurs

We take extreme care in packing your product to insure that it arrives in pristine condition. In the event that your item is damaged in shipment you must notify us within 48 hours so that we can file a claim with the carrier. This includes you taking digital pictures of the damaged item as well as shipping packaging in the manner as it arrived. We will need the pictures and the details to file the claim with the carrier.

Why No Cancellations after order placement

When you place your order on Etsy a "cut" order is generated and scheduled on our side. Your order may be number 16 in the line of orders but what you ordered happens to be the same design that is currently being cut in our cutter. So our system will also cut your order since it is the same design. In the case of Vinyl or paint if the design or color you selected is already in the process that portion of your order will be completed. In other cases customers have requested custom designs / shapes / sizes / colors / prints / and even materials that have to be ordered. Working on such quick turnaround times for finished customized and personalized pieces means our process starts the moment you press buy.
