Custom and personalized orders

I accept personalized and custom orders for almost any specie you may like from my brand's collections. The designs are original and trademarked, so i won't change them unless for small things like fabric colors, button shapes and colors, some sizes (like the lunch bags, baby shoes and slippers) and special features - ask me what you need and i am happy to help you :) The fabric choices are limited to the collection available at each season, curated by me, and to my original designs. You may choose colors and fabrics from the currently collection, just ask me which ones are available at the time.

To order custom baby shoes and slippers, i may need an extra help on sizing. Please measure the baby's or grownup foot size from toe to heel (you may draw it on a piece of paper and measure it more easily), and indicate me on cm or inches. Baby shoes are available form 0 to 24 months, Kids slippers from 24 months to size EU35 and grownup from EU35 to EU42 all in both models.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Your order is always gift wraped! Who doesn't like to open a present? Orders are shipped in a paper and bubble plastic bag. I am not responsible for packaging damages caused during transport and/or by the post services, but I do my best to keep everything protected and to assure the item arrives in perfect condition.

All items are hand and machine washable. I do recommend that you wash small items with those bags for washing delicate clothing. You can also use baby wipes to clean some superficial stains - specially on the dolls. It works really well and prevents damages.
