What are the details of the shipping policy? What are the exceptions, if any?

We ship everything with DHL Express for a flat rate of $19 no matter the size of your order, big or small. This ensures speed, accuracy, detailed tracking and security of delivery. Enjoy shipping savings by combining multiple items as the shipping price remains the same. DHL will not deliver to post office boxes. Please leave your phone number for the DHL waybill.

Unclaimed/refused packages

If a buyer refuses to claim or accept delivery of a package upon arrival in their home country, the item/package will eventually be destroyed by DHL. The cost of return shipping to Thailand, which will also include re-entry custom's duties, is prohibitively expensive. To note, the re-direction of a package and the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Simply refusing delivery is not akin to cancelling an order and no refunds will be forthcoming in such an event.

Happy refund policy - Restitutions are accepted, no questions asked, within two weeks of consignment date (date the shipment arrives at shipping address). Article(s) must be in original condition.

Sale items, custom items, and special request items or stock are not returnable. Refunds are given once items have been received & quality controlled. Shipping costs are not refunded (unless the return was due to our mistake) since we cannot recoup those costs from the shipping service. This cost will be our real out-of-pocket expense and can be confirmed with the DHL receipt. Items can be returned to our Thailand address. Note: there is a 20% restocking fee deducted from returns. Returned items to Thailand often incur a hefty customs duty. This will be deducted from the refund. Sorry!

DHL shipping policy exceptions: Zone 5 or Remote Service Areas

We do the best to provide great service at reasonable cost. Our DHL shipping service is to most locations in North America, Europe, and Asia. Countries in DHL Zone 5 (Africa, South America, etc...) have augmented shipping costs and are not included in our standard DHL shipping offer. We will request additional funds for delivery to these countries. On rare occasions, DHL charges a not insignificant Remote Service Area fee when a location is deemed remote, such as mountainous areas, some islands, isolated, distant locales, or in an area that DHL services infrequently. In these instances, we will request additional funds for delivery.

Both sides of the fabric can be used.

Width is 40 inches. The price is per yard of material and each additional "item" will be another yard of fabric. Example: If you buy "5" pieces or items, you will receive 1 length of fabric 5 yards long.

The weight of a one yard length of fabric is about 10 oz/284 grams...not to be confused with the Fabric Weight which is calculated from a square yard or meter (more about the density of the weave and yarn). This a an expensive fabric for us to ship due to the weight.

PHA182 is this same fabric in medium gray. PHA183 is a dark brown/chocolate black. PHA203 is the same in a gold/saffron/yellow ocher. PHA205 dark gray. And PHA390 in beaver-brown.

To facilitate packing and shipping, fabric lengths of this fabric will have a maximum length of 16 yards. Purchases over 16 yards will be sent in two lengths of fabric.

If you don't see the fabric you want in our offerings or the yardage you need, ask us. We might have it and/or can probably source it.

I bought quite a lot of this as I know I can use it as a fabric for the back to make them reversible. It's neutral, more beige but not dark. It can be used with a lot of the other fabrics to add some texture as well as a pillow on its own.
