Order by 2pm to receive same working day shipping with Royal Mail 1st class services (note this is a non tracked service to keep your costs as low as possible). Most orders (9 out of 10) are received next working day as you can see from our amazing feedback (however please note in busy periods like Christmas we have no control over postal delays). We hope you appreciate we ship your orders quickly, but from time to time orders can be delayed in transit so we always recommend using our guaranteed post option if you are desperate for peace of mind / ordering a few days in advance to be safe. Our guaranteed postal option is Royal Mail next day guarantee (Does not include Saturday and Sunday deliveries, which must be signed for on delivery). Please note that we don't make any profit on shipping, we charge you what we are charged by Royal Mail :)
