I do not accept returns on exchanges if your notebook is personalised.
Not personalised: returns within 14 days. You are responsible for the shipping cost in returning the item to me. Once I have the item back I will send a refund or a new item if you are exchanging.

If your item has not arrived by the estimate date please get in touch before leaving a review. I can only give a refund on notebooks after 30 days has gone by.

I try to be as eco friendly with my packaging. I use tissue paper in lots of my orders which is recycled. If you happen to get some bubble wrap in your order - this is reused from my personal orders so please use again or recycle. This cuts down cost and I can offer lower prices.

Gift wrapping is available but not for spiral and hardback notebooks. I will use brown paper and twine to gift wrap your order.

arrived quickly and nicely wrapped, a beautiful piece that looks just like the picture! i thought it would be a deeper shade of pink but its quite pale so i'm very happy with that😇💖 the 'pearl' holds the stick in place and is angled so that it catches most of the ash, but burning incense is a bit messy anyway so that's to be expected. (psa this holder is only suitable for incense sticks, not cones! don't be silly like me and forget you left a cone burning so that it burns into the base of the holder!!)
