Are your items made to order?

Yes. Every piece is printed to order just for you by our partners here in the US. Nothing sits in a warehouse and no materials go to waste.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order is printed within a few business days and then shipped. The estimated delivery date is shown on each listing and at checkout, and you'll get a tracking number once your order ships. Orders over $35 ship free.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders go into production quickly, so we can't accept cancellations. If you spot a mistake in your address or order details, message us right away and we'll do our best to help.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're so sorry if that happens. Send us a message within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right. Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or color preference.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We work hard to show true colors, but every screen displays color a little differently, so your printed piece may look slightly different in person. Metallic tones in our artwork print as a soft muted gold or beige, not shiny foil. Color differences from screen to screen aren't considered a defect.

What are your products made of, and how do I care for them?

Materials and care instructions differ by product and are listed in each item's description. If you have questions before you order, just send us a message.

How accurate are the sizes? Can I order a size that isn't listed?

Sizes may vary by about ±2 inches because of the printing and sewing process. We can only offer the sizes shown on each listing, since those are what our print partners make. We can often customize the colors or the design itself, though, so message us if you love a print but want it a little different.

Do you offer custom designs or personalization?

Yes. Many of our designs can be recolored or personalized to suit your space. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible. Personalized and custom items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

Do you offer discounts on larger orders?

Yes. We're happy to offer a discount on larger orders, such as for a rental property, a hotel or an event. Send us a message with the items and quantities.

Can I order a fabric sample?

We don't offer samples, since every item is printed to order. We're glad to answer any questions about fabric, size or color before you buy.

💦 Care instructions
- Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your pad. It's not necessary to soak the whole pad. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.
