When will I receive my order and how do I access it?

Where can I print my item?

Your edited template can be printed directly from the Corjl platform. In addition, you can print at home or at your favorite print center/copy shop.

Why can't I edit some of the words on my template?

Please read the item details in full to see what is editable and what is not. On many templates the headings cannot be changed.

Why can't I change the fonts or the colors on my template?

You cannot do advanced editing from a mobile device. You are limited to only replacing the text and replacing images (if applicable). You will need to use a desktop or laptop computer to access additional features like changing fonts and colors. In addition, Google Chrome or the very latest version of Microsoft Edge are the recommended browsers for using Corjl. Not all features may be available or show in other browsers.

How can I find matching items for a design?

To see all items in the same design, simply search by the item number on the Fancy Shmancy Notes homepage. You can find the item number at the end of the listing title.

I don't have access to the email on my Etsy account. What can I do?
