Red Breasted Nuthatch Bird Art Print, Book Plate. Large Book Page Color Plate print for framing by Glen Loates. Print copyright is 1978 but this is from a 1980's printing. Opposite side has a Kinglet and a good quality print could be made of it, giving you two prints to frame. Large print on matte, heavier white paper, about the same weight as coverstock. Last photos are examples of framed prints in a gallery. Glen Loates work may be familiar to you as it has been featured on wildlife drink coasters, decorative mugs, plates etc for decades.

Martin Glen Loates is a Canadian artist known for his precise renderings of wildlife and landscapes. The artist works with a variety of media, including colored pencils, watercolors, and oil paint. “There are very few nature artists capable of portraying any subject with great skill, imagination and accuracy,” Les Line, editor of Audubon Magazine has said of Loates’s work. “What leaps from the paintings is the essence, the vitality, and the place of the animal. It's life!” His work has been featured in several scientific publications, including GEO Magazine, Time Magazine, and Reader's Digest. In 1982, his "The Bald Eagle"was displayed in the Oval Office by President Ronald Reagan, making him the first Canadian artist to receive this honor. The artist’s works have been exhibited at the British Museum in London and the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, among others.

This is set up for multiple purchasing, so shipping each additional Print to the US is $1.00 CAD more, to Canada is only 75 cents more, International is $3.00 CAD dollar more. Shipping "with an additional item" applies to another of these Prints only, approximately the same size or smaller (lighter weight), not the larger LIFE ads or other prints which are TOO large to go lettermail, though you can add smaller Prints and Ads to a LIFE ad, but the shipping rate you will start at will be higher. If there are shipping charges exceeding $2 over the true price, I will refund them upon mailing.

Regarding DUTIES, these typically don't apply to patterns going lettermail, as duty doesn't apply to lettermail. With multiple pattern purchases duty may apply if it then has to go by small packet or parcel AND is over certain dollar amounts which are determined by your country.
