- Send me your photo(s) after purchase and I draw it to digital Art
- You can print it at home in the size you want

*How long is the processing time? *
- After I received your photo(s), I will send your portrait within 48 hours.

* How will I receive my order? *
- PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS ONLY DIGITAL DRAWING -
I only send out digital print of the prepared portrait. You'll not recieve any physical item.
After I finished your portrait I will send it vie Etsy message and via e-mail.

* What type of digital file will I receive? *
I will send your portrait in JPG/PNG format.
Of course if you need special format, then please contact me via Etsy message.

* Can I get custom background type portrait? *
Of course if you have special ideas, then feel free to contact me anytime, and we can discuss your imaginations.

* Can I combine people from separate photos into 1 portrait? *
Yes, we can discuss if you want to combine separate people into 1 portrait, just please contact me first.

* Can I have adjustments on the digital portrait? *
Of course you can ask for minor adjustments on your received digtal print. For example we can adjust the hair, now mouth eye color, smile etc.
Please check my art works to ensure how my style looks like.

*Can I get refund / Money-back if I don't like the finished digital portrait? *
Unfortunately after I started to prepare your portrait I can't give you refund or Money-back.
Since I will have my working hours in the project, and I can't "resell" your personalized portrait to other people.
I'm happy to help you to adjust the digital print if you don't like all the details of it.
