I have not received a response from the seller about my submitted image. What should I do?

We strive to provide efficient and timely responses to our customers. However, please note that we do not typically follow up after an image has been submitted unless there are issues with the file. This approach allows us to manage each custom order efficiently. We kindly request that any special requests be discussed before placing an order or clearly specified in the personalization box to ensure accurate customization.

Where should I send the image, vector files, or specific instructions for my order?

After placing your order, please submit the image or files to our dedicated email address, vyoletshop@gmail.com. To facilitate the process, kindly include your name and order number in the email. Failure to provide this information may result in delays in locating or linking the image to your order.

I submitted an image, but I only received text. What happened?

Our customization process strictly adheres to the information provided in the personalization box. If you have submitted an image, please ensure that you specify this requirement explicitly in the personalization box. Please note that we do not have access to emails attached to the order unless specifically mentioned in the personalization box. To receive the desired outcome, kindly provide clear instructions within the designated box.

The decal I received is not the size I expected. What should I do?

The sizing indicated on the listing refers to the overall dimensions of the decal measured horizontally from left to right. Please note that the listed size does not pertain to individual letters or characters. To ensure accurate sizing, we recommend referring to the dimensions of the area where you intend to place the decal. If you have any further questions regarding sizing or require a custom size, please don't hesitate to contact us. Kindly provide us with as much information as possible or include relevant reference images for a prompt response.

I received the wrong color. What should I do?

Our decals are cut in one color only, without a background. The available color options are specified on the listing. Please note that we do not create full-color images or designs. The decal you receive will be made in the color you selected during the purchase process.

I'm unsure about what size to order. Can you provide guidance?

The sizing for each custom order may vary based on the design or text. We recommend that our customers determine the appropriate size based on the dimensions of the area where the decal will be placed. If you still have questions about sizing or require a custom size, please feel free to send us a message. Providing us with detailed information about your requirements or including reference images, if possible, will help us assist you more effectively. We will strive to respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

What is the height of the decal?

The height of the decal varies for each custom order. To ensure accurate results, please ensure that you enter or submit the image exactly as you would like it to appear in terms of size and dimensions.

All orders now come with tracking information. If you have received a notification that your order has been delivered but cannot locate the package, please contact us. We will assist you in resolving any issues or concerns you may have regarding the delivery of your order.
