We cater to custom and personalised photo print orders. Please refer the following important instructions:

★Screenshots will lead to bad print quality. Please send only high quality original images for photos saved from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.
★We can add text, but it must be clearly requested. If the request is vague or not sent with the order it may be missed and we will charge for a reprint.
★Etsy lists the estimated production time and delivery on each listing, these timings are accurate for when we have received the image from you and confirmed any changes required. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in sending the image to us or if the image sent is not of high quality for printing.

★Please refer the Size chart attached in product image section.

★We offer wholesale pricing or discounts on bulk orders.

★Custom Duties, Tax and Charges are not included in our product price. This is a shopper’s responsibility as each country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation, that we are unable to prepay or even predict
★Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
★Please note: Customs, Postal Services & TFS (TheFunkydelicStore) are different entities and hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services and will not refund or replace destroyed items or returned by customs due to non-payment of fees or rejection of delivery.
★TheFunkydelicStore is not liable for printing or delivery delays due to complications arising from flawed/infringement designs uploaded.

★Please ensure you have carefully checked the production and delivery times on the listing you are interested in purchasing.
★All our products are custom made-to-order and may have significantly longer delivery times than you are used to experiencing.
★Since your order is personalized and custom printed just for you, as soon as it is placed our automated technology queues it in production relay. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Due to the made-to-order nature of products we cannot offer exchanges or returns except in certain cases.

★When the product has been delivered with a poor quality or damaged print.
★When wrong product has been delivered or items are missing.
★Sizing exchange requests that differ by less than 2 sizes from the original size ordered. In order for an exchange to be processed, customers must provide the following information: reason for exchange - why the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), the new size requested and your order number.
★Package Returned To Sender – Correct Address: We will reship after an address verification is completed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

★We cannot not refund nor assume liability for orders returned to sender due to wrong address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers.
