The prints are printed via DTG (Direct To Garment) print. Using this technique, pigmented water-based inks are applied to the garment’s surface and are absorbed by the product’s fibers. Garment care:- ✨💧 - Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); 🛁🧴 - Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; 🌼🧼 - Tumble dry: low heat; 🧽🚿 - Iron, steam or dry: medium heat; 💧🛀🏽 - Do not dryclean.

If you package is "Returned To Sender" due to insufficient address, we would then be able to offer a partial solution in the form of a reprint with a reshipment fee or a production cost refund.

👮🏼 Sometimes, we see that orders get delivered to the post office instead of the address that was provided (regardless of tracking information). 📬 ❓ Kindly advise to please check with the local post office, if the order is not there? Also, it would be useful to double-check the shipping address - there have been cases when the package has been delivered to the neighbors' door or mailbox. Please note that in case the reprint is needed - we will ship it to the same address, so please make sure the shipping address is correct. 🏯 💡 If the package is not in the post office nor with neighbors, please let us know and we will proceed with the solution. 💪
