What do I do if I cant access/download my files?

If you are purchasing a single file, you will be able to download 4 files (PNG, PDF, SVG, and DXF). If you are purchasing a pack, you will receive a ZIP folder containing one PDF, PDF, SVG, and DXF per file in the pack.

How do I access my files?

You will receive an e-mail after purchase and completed payment from Etsy, sent to the e-mail address listed with your Etsy account. You will receive a link that will allow you to download it. You can also access your digital purchase on your Etsy account. Go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order. To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If you cannot find the files, please reach out to me, and I would be glad to email them directly to you.
