How to download digital files

To download your files, simply go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews → Purchases, then click “Download” next to your order to save the files to your computer. Can I download printable files from my mobile?

The Etsy app does not currently support file downloads on mobile or tablet devices. However, you can easily download your files by: 1. Opening Etsy in your device’s internet browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) 2. Going to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews 3. Clicking “Download” next to your order Alternatively, you can download your files directly to your computer, then transfer them to your preferred device if needed.

How to Print Your Digital Files

If you’d like your prints professionally printed and delivered ready to frame, you can order them directly from me — just choose a Print & Ship option in the dedicated section of my shop, or send me a message and I’ll be happy to help you with paper types, sizes, and printing options. 🌿 If you prefer, you can also have your files printed at a local print shop, or by using one of the many professional online printing services available. ⚠️ Please note: printing at home is recommended only if you have a high-quality printer and fine art paper, to ensure professional results.

Do you need a different size?

Your purchase includes a variety of the most common printing sizes — from smaller formats to large-scale options. You can find all included sizes listed in each product description. If you need a custom size, I’ll be happy to help! Just send me a message and I’ll provide the exact dimensions you need. 🌿
