We do not accept any kind of returns,only exchanges.

In cases where buyer needs to exchange the product ,they are required to ship back the product within 3 days of receiving it. Another product in exchange will be dispatched to the buyer within 10 days of receiving it back. Please note that the return shipping cost and the new shipping cost has to be borne by the buyer.

We will offer as much support as possible,but once we ship the package it is out of our control.
If you have ordered via 'Standard Shipping', we will not be responsible for the lost/damaged/stolen-in-transit goods.
No replacement of goods or money return for such orders. Thus we advise 'Express Shipping' of $20 per order.

The buyer has to inform about the damage within 3 days of receiving the item. The buyer has to ship back the item within 5 days and has to bear the return shipping cost. We dispatch a new product within 7 days of receiving back the damaged product. no refunds of any nature are entertained but do contact us if you have any queries.

Although we have experienced no loss of packages sent through India Post, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND OUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS TO UPGRADE TO EXPRESS SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT. It is a 100% secure mode,fast and safe delivery usually within 7-8 working days.

However,if you want to save on shipping charges,you may opt our STANDARD SHIPPING method using Indian Registered Postal Service (Please note that parcels sent through India Post CANNOT BE TRACKED once they leave the country and if not delivered due to any reason we are not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement of goods)

1. Standard Shipping : 25-30 business days

Sometimes it can take a little longer than this to reach so please keep this in mind while placing your order. Parcel is usually left at door step or in the mailbox,so please check your mailbox regularly. There have been cases where the parcel was handed over by USPS to the neighbors,sometimes in someone else's mailbox ,in the bushes or handed over to someone in the community. This is not in our control and not our responsibility.
