Etsy requires all sellers to note that no product sold via their web platform promises "phenomena or outcome attributed to a listing." US ORDERS ARE SHIPPED DUTY PAID. We are working to make sure all paperwork is shipped appropriately with your order, doing everything we can to ensure no additional duty is charged from any omission on our end.

ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping to Canada and the US is done with either the postal service or Fedex. Many people get their packages in less than a week when handed to the carrier. Once orders are out of my workshop, how long they may held at international borders is completely out of my hands, but to the US is usually a very quick process.

Madame Phoenix is NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages held or confiscated by your countries border guard, orders that are marked as delivered to the correct address and are stolen or missing, or any duties and taxes incurred on import.

Please contact your local postal service to launch an inquiry into a missing parcel, you will get an answer from them much faster. (I have to contact my shipping service, who contacts your local shipping service, it's a whole extra step that can add weeks to any missing mail investigation).

IN THE EVENT A PARCEL IS RETURNED due to not being picked up at a post office or claimed, can be re shipped providing shipping is paid again by the receiver. I cannot ship a parcel twice and pay shipping on it. In the event a refund is desired, any refund that is processed for the returned order will NOT include the original price of shipping, and WILL include a 20% restocking fee. Thank you.

Super fast shipping, came far earlier than I expected. The packaging is lovely and the amount of care put into each of Madame Pheonix's items is amazing! Will definitely be ordering again and often. Blessings!

Shipping was quite quick, everything came packaged securely in a nice little box. The candle and oils are excellent quality. I will be a loyal customer as long as madame Phoenix is around!

This was my first candle magic ritual. Instructions were easy to follow and the ingredients included for dressing the candle are top notch. I love the smell of the oil included as well, it’s so calming. It’s like a chypre perfume, but heavier on the sage. Still pleasant smelling. I took a chance at trying to heal spiritually/magically since playing medication roulette and talking about my issues for almost two decades hadn’t helped. I believe my ritual worked. I’ve never meditated to work through my inner turmoil. I think it was that and the intent of ‘praying’ for healing and letting go of what no longer serves me that finally brought me some peace.
