I've changed my mind about my order, can I return it?

I'm afraid I don't accept returns, this is because I'm not able to re-sell returned goods. These art prints are quite fragile and I make sure every customer has a brand new print, made especially for them.

My order has arrived damaged, what happens now?

Orders are packed with lots of love and care, but occasionally things get damaged in transit. Please contact me as soon as possible with a photo of the damage and I shall sort a replacement for you.

Each print is made to order, gift wrapped and packaged to perfection. All UK, USA, Canada, Australia and NZ orders are printed in-house, never drop shipped.

A5 and A4 prints are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped flat in a super-reinforced kraft envelope. Our larger prints are carefully rolled in tissue paper and shipped in a heavy weight postal tube.
