Yes! Our wicker products can be used outdoors, including on terraces, balconies, or in gardens. 🌿 However, we recommend protecting them from heavy rain and prolonged exposure to moisture. This will help preserve the natural wicker and ensure it lasts much longer.

Maintenance is very simple. Regularly wipe down your items with a soft dry cloth or use a soft-bristle brush/vacuum with a brush attachment to remove dust. If necessary, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and let it dry thoroughly in a warm, well-ventilated area.

Custom and personalized orders

Since all items are made in-house, we are happy to accept custom orders. If you need specific dimensions for a wicker shelf, custom weaving patterns, or tailored colors for your interior or event, simply reach out to us!

Are you direct makers or resellers?

We are direct makers. Every item is hand-woven by our team in our own local workshop. Because we handle the entire process from material selection to final quality checks, we ensure structural reliability and exact finishing on every single piece.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We ordered 4 of the Wicker Rocking Chairs and 2 Coffee tables and WOW...the pieces are amazing. Very sturdy, beautifully built, extremely comfortable, and they look even better than the pictures. I would highly recommend purchasing this set. All of my neighbors and friends that visited want to know where I got the sets from and they have to sit in them. The seller was also very responsive to all questions and emails. My only note would be that you must be patient for the delivery. The chairs and tables are coming from Ukraine and it took 3 months for all 6 pieces to arrive (each piece arrived at a different time), but it was well worth the wait. The shipping delays were due to postal and custom delays, not the seller...the seller shipped very fast.
