In TailoredCanvases, we always strive to make your canvases personally tailored to you. Therefore if you want to have some change of the original design please know that I will do ANYTHING you ask, ANYTHING you have in mind! If you think you need a custom design that is not in our catalog, please feel free to send a message so I can assist you.

Do you send a preview before my canvas gets printed

Yes! I will send you a proof in up to 24 hours, I even offer unlimited free revisions until I know that you are fully satisfied with the design. I won't ship your order unless you approve it. However, if you don't respond after I follow up for 3 consecutive days, I will forward your order for printing to prevent it from getting delayed.

1. Complete the selection of the canvas size and styles. Type in ANY detail you want in the 'Personalization box' portion. Names, dates, any custom texts or changes and we'll get it done for you! Please be very specific to avoid errors. 2. Click "Add to Cart" 3. Fill out the necessary details and complete the checkout process. 4. If you need to send photos to include in your canvas, just send a photo via Etsy message after placing the order. 5. Wait up to 24 hours for my message with a draft of your order. Once you're satisfied, you can approve it and I'll forward it for printing.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. Please contact me to let me know how you plan to rectify this error. I ordered "THESE ARE THE GOOD OLD DAYS" and instead received "GIVE IT TO GOD AND GO TO SLEEP"
