I can't find a frame for the poster(s) I ordered from you...

Please make sure that you will be able to find a frame for the print(s) before you order them from us as in these cases we won't be able to issue a refund. For US/Canada, please refer to the imperial size when ordering (in inches). For all other markets, please refer to the metric size when ordering (in CM). We can't accept returns or offer an exchange when the wrong size is ordered.

Refunds for unwanted items or if the wrong size is ordered

**Important Policy Notice:** We kindly request customers to refrain from purchasing multiple items with the intention of returning half. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as we do not provide return labels. Please be advised that our posters are printed on demand. It is crucial to ensure the accurate sizing upon purchase, as we are unable to accommodate exchanges or issue refunds for incorrect sizes. Additionally, please note that we do not accept returns or offer exchanges in cases where customers change their minds or find that the print does not suit their walls.

What if the tracking shows the item has been delivered but I haven't received it?

While very rare, in such a case, we will carry out various measures to determine the whereabouts of the item. If the item cannot be discovered, the print can be reordered again with a substantial discount applied. Unfortunately, we don't repost or refund orders when the tracking clearly states delivery has taken place.
