What exactly do I receive?

It depends on the listing — the exact contents are listed in each item's description. Single prints: high-resolution JPG files in several print ratios. Sets of prints: Larger sets are delivered as a PDF containing your download link, because Etsy limits the file size we can attach directly. Through the link, you'll get JPG files in several print ratios. Everything is an instant digital download. Nothing is printed or shipped.

What sizes can I print?

Most listings include these ratios for printing: 2:3 — 4x6, 8x12, 12x18, 16x24, 20x30, 24x36 in 3:4 — 6x8, 9x12, 12x16, 18x24 in 4:5 — 8x10, 11x14, 12x15, 16x20 in ISO — A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, 5x7 in, 50x70 cm Please check the individual listing for what's included in that item.

I can't find my download.

Sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser (not the Etsy app — the app doesn't support downloads) → Your account → Purchases and reviews → Download Files. If you don't see the button, click the small grey arrow to the right of your order. If you checked out as a guest, the link is in your Etsy receipt email. Check spam, and the Social and Promotions tabs in Gmail. If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

I paid with Apple Pay and can't find my order.

If you signed in with "Hide My Email", Apple created a random address and Etsy sent your receipt there. Sign in to Etsy.com in a browser and go to your Purchases page instead. If that doesn't work, message us and we'll email your files directly.

My download is a PDF with a link — is that right?

Yes. Larger sets exceed Etsy's file size limit, so the PDF contains a link to your full-resolution files. Two things to know: - You don't need an account to download — if prompted to sign up, choose "continue with download only". - Open each file and use the download button. Don't right-click the preview image — that saves a low-resolution thumbnail only. If the link isn't clickable, download the PDF first, then open it in a browser rather than a preview window.

You can have your prints delivered to your door. It's really easy!
● You can even print on your home or office printer.

For the best print quality use ultra-white and ultra thick professional photo paper. Also you can print it onto canvas. Colors may vary on different screen displays and on print. Different printers and papers also may show slight variation in colors.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD
After checkout you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email from Etsy that your order is ready for download. You will be able to access this print at all times through Etsy's purchases page.
