Gift wrapping and packaging

For gift wrapping choose the "Gift Wrapping" option in the cart screen. Depending on the item, this may include burlap gift bags, burlap wrapping or brown paper wrapping. Packing slips with no pricing information are standard in all orders if gift receipt is chosen by the customer. Anonymous gifts (without any packing slip) are by request only. Gift cards with personal message are complementary when requested.

Custom and personalized orders

All engravings are custom designed and engraved onto the wood item unless noted otherwise.

In case of Lost or Damaged Items

Most of our orders include shipping insurance. In case of lost or damaged items, a refund or replacement may be issued upon buyer completion of an affidavit, claim form and whatever other documentation may be required by the insurance company. This may require the customer to photograph the damaged packaging and/or item, or may require the customer to bring damaged item and/or packaging to a Post Office for inspection. Failure to comply with requirements of the insuring authority may result in our inability to refund or replace items.

Our shipping costs may not be refunded for returns on items that are 'no longer needed' or 'not wanted'. Return shipping costs for returns on items that are 'no longer needed' or 'not wanted' are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping and PO Boxes

If shipping to a PO Box, we may require the customer to pay an additional shipping charge. If customer is unable to be contacted within a reasonable amount of time to pay additional shipping charges, we may cancel the order. If shipping Wood cutting Axes to Ireland or Netherlands, we may require an additional shipping charge to ship UPS/FedEx as USPS Priority Intl may not complete this order. If shipping some oversize items (like our XL Chalkboard) Internationally this may require an additional shipping fee be added.
