Most items are made directly from the details you provide. If you would like a preview, please message us before ordering and we will do our best to help.

How long does it take to make personalised items?

As each item is made to order, please allow 1–3 working days for us to prepare your personalised item before dispatch.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout, but typically orders arrive within 2–5 working days within the UK after dispatch. International delivery: usually up to 10 working days after dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Do you accept returns on personalised items?

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty, as they are made specifically for you.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Yes, we take care to use materials suitable for children. However, personalised items should always be used under adult supervision where appropriate.

I was disappointed with the colour quality of these prints. They were posted in a one sided reinforced envelope yet one corner of all three prints was bent and a little crumpled, the opposite corner was a little bent also. The quality of card did not help to enhance the prints. All in all very disappointed and do not feel was worth the money. I could have produced the same myself. Sorry
