In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, European legislation regulating the right of withdrawal (Right to return products):

Buyers residing in the countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom have the right to return certain products for any reason. To do this, the buyer must contact Nakart Ilustraciones within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment the carrier delivers the product.

Although this law only applies to buyers residing in the countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom, Nakart Ilustraciones also offers this right of withdrawal to buyers residing outside the European Union and the United Kingdom. Likewise, the buyer must contact Nakart Ilustraciones within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment the carrier delivers the product.

This regulation does not apply to digital download products (in any form).

General Conditions / Process to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal:

1. The buyer must contact Nakart Ilustraciones within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment of delivery of the product: via Etsy messaging system or via email at nakartshop@gmail.com.

2. Nakart Ilustraciones will provide the buyer with a withdrawal form: this form is not mandatory. The form consists of a document that the buyer prints, fills out by hand, scans, and sends back to Nakart Ilustraciones. The form includes the following fields to be filled out by the buyer:

· Company name (if applicable).
· Email.
· Purchased product.
· Purchase date of the product.
· Date of receipt of the product.
· Buyer’s full name.
· Buyer’s postal address.
· Buyer’s signature.
· Date of form completion.

3. From the moment the buyer has communicated the right of withdrawal to Nakart Ilustraciones:

· The buyer has an additional 14 calendar days to deliver the product to the carrier.
· The shipment must be certified: with a tracking number for the shipment, traceable until delivery.
· The buyer must return the product in its original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging (if not, in suitable packaging to ensure it arrives in optimal condition).
· The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Once Nakart Ilustraciones receives the returned product, it will be checked and the buyer will be contacted within 24 hours to proceed with the refund. This refund will be complete, including the original shipping costs.

5. In accordance with the mentioned Directive, the buyer will not have the right to withdraw if the product purchased via the Nakart Ilustraciones shop:

- Has not been able to be delivered due to the absence of the buyer and the buyer has not picked it up at the post office (where the shipment remains for the same purpose) and therefore, it has been returned to Nakart Ilustraciones.
- Has not been able to be delivered due to an incorrect postal address provided by the buyer and therefore, it has been returned to Nakart Ilustraciones.
- Additionally, Nakart Ilustraciones has informed the buyer in a timely manner of either of these situations, via Etsy messages and email.

In the contexts mentioned in point 5, Nakart Ilustraciones will offer the buyer two options: the reshipment of the product (with shipping costs to be paid again) or a refund of the order (excluding shipping costs), once the product has been physically returned to the sender, Nakart Ilustraciones.
