OR You can also find the File(s) in your Etsy account under PURCHASES & REVIEWS. However, it can only be accessed from a computer, not a phone.

No. Since these products are digital and as such it is impossible to tell if they have been printed or used, no refunds will be given.

CUSTOMIZED DIGITAL FILES
Yes. You can get a refund if you contact me before I create your design. Once a proof is issued, no refunds will be made.

PRINTED INVITES • FINE ART PRINTS, • CANVASES • FOAM BOARDS:
Yes. You may get a refund if the product is damaged, defective or different than the proof that was approved. Otherwise, no refund will be issued.

Yes. Please message me with the details of what your looking for and I will provide you with a quote.

Yes. Once you have made your purchase, and provided me with the information for the design (ie: name, date, pic etc.) I will send you a proof of your design within 1 to 2 business days via Etsy message. If I do not recieve a reply after 3 attempts to contact you for approval via etsy message, I will then begin printing without approval. This applies to all items except for instant downloads. IMPORTANT: I do NOT create proofs before an item has been purchased. If this concerns you, please read my reviews for confidence:)
